Hi, I’m Nathaly a licensed esthetician and the artist behind The Nat Touch. I’ve been in business for a little over a year and went solo right after graduating esthetics school. Beauty has always been something I’m passionate about, but my love for people is what truly motivates me. I specialize in lashes and brows that enhance your natural features while creating a calm, comfortable experience for every client. Helping others feel confident in themselves is what continues to inspire me to grow and keep perfecting my craft.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking with me, you agree to the following policies: • 9 minute grace period (No late fee added) •At 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. • A non-refundable deposit of $10–$25 is required to secure all appointments. • Please book the correct service, including fills, removals, multiple services, or extra time needed. • All cancellations and rescheduling must be made online through your appointment confirmation or reminder link. • Cancellations ,No-Shows, or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Join the waitlist to be automatically notified if an appointment becomes available. • Appointment times may be adjusted slightly when booking online to best accommodate the schedule. • Lash extension refills must be booked within the recommended refill period and require at least 40% of extensions remaining. Anything beyond 3 weeks or less than 40% will be an upcharge. • No extra guests allowed (unfortunately there is no extra space) • The appointments shown on my booking website reflect my current availability. If a date or time is not listed, I am not available during that time.
