Hi, I’m Nathaly a licensed esthetician and the artist behind The Nat Touch. I’ve been in business for a little over a year and went solo right after graduating esthetics school. Beauty has always been something I’m passionate about, but my love for people is what truly motivates me. I specialize in lashes and brows that enhance your natural features while creating a calm, comfortable experience for every client. Helping others feel confident in themselves is what continues to inspire me to grow and keep perfecting my craft.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking with me, you agree to the following policies: • A $10 late fee will be applied after 5 minutes late. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and considered a no-show. • A non-refundable deposit of $10–$25 is required to secure all appointments. • Appointments may only be booked up to 30 days in advance. • Please book the correct service, including fills, removals, multiple services, or extra time needed. • Not sure what to book? Send me a text and I’ll be happy to help. • All cancellations and rescheduling must be made online through your appointment confirmation or reminder link. • Cancellations ,No-Shows, or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Missing or rescheduling an appointment may result in needing a full set instead of a refill due to limited availability. • Join the waitlist to be automatically notified if an appointment becomes available. • Appointment times may be adjusted slightly when booking online to best accommodate the schedule. • Lash extension refills must be booked within the recommended refill period and require at least 40% of extensions remaining. Anything beyond 3 weeks will be considered a full set.
